Outreach is the heart of HOV. HOV is a community leader of outreach in the Fredericksburg area. We are all about spreading care and practical resources to those who are often on the outskirts of our community to those who are in need to let them know that Christ lives. Such ministry projects include monthly service of food at either a hotel or a homeless shelther, coats drive for neighborhood children, gas giveaways, providing free turkeys for Thanksgiving to those in need, as well as providing fresh and inventive new ideas to be a blessing to the Fredericksburg community.
